When we had to stay at home

The current lockdown has given us all time to do lots of different things, albeit in a rather isolated way. I decided to write and illustrate a story for our family that they could all print out and make at home.

The story is about Isaac and Luke who have to stay at home and wonder what they might do. It is for younger children to learn how to make a book, do some colouring and help their reading.

It is free for everyone. Please download using the links below, colour in and have fun.

There are two versions of the book: a colour version for printing out and reading and a black and white version for printing out and colouring in.

The books are A4 in size and in pdf format .

Here are some instructions for making a book at home. It is very easy and makes a robust little book.

I have created an eBook version which is better for viewing on an iPad. The online publisher, Lulu, has recently migrated to a new website and is having problems with lost data so I am making this free to download and, if you are able, you can donate something via the Go Fund Me link below.
